- Professional grade 304 gauge stainless steel will not discolor over time (model AP1836M is grade 430 gauge stainless steel).
- Professional Grade, Stainless Steel, dishwasher safe baffles capture grease and debris from the cooking surface and are easily removed for cleaning (model AP1836 utilizes aluminum filters).
- Included, dimmable 45 watt maximum PAR16, 3.125" Type A screw-in base Halogen lamps illuminate the cooking surface.
- Control panel with metal control knobs is located at the front of the hood for convenient use.
- Thermostat detects when the heat level rises to an excessive amount and automatically turns the hood on.
- Includes: Grease Baffles, Controls, Lamp Sockets and Lamps.
